Meet Harriet — our inspirational children’s swim teacher at Chamwell. Every day she empowers children with additional needs in the pool. Now, she’s taking her courage and determination to new heights — literally!
Harriet is climbing Ben Nevis, the UK’s highest mountain — as an amputee with a prosthetic leg.
In true Chamwell spirit, her prosthetic ‘swim leg’ is decorated with little yellow ducks (not featured in photo) — and yes, she’s taking one lucky duck up the mountain with her!
Harriet shows our community what resilience, strength, and joy look like — one stroke in the pool and now one step at a time on the mountain.
Let’s cheer her on, go quackers for her challenge, and help raise vital funds for The Chamwell Centre Charity.
Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference - please give what ever you can.
