At Chamwell, we strongly believe that the Charity's success and expertise is based on the contribution of its employees, volunteers and work experience staff.

Our policy is to recruit fully qualified and experience staff, whilst actively training and developing existing staff, allowing promotion from within.

In conjunction with our Equal Opportunities Policy, our recruitment process is governed by our principles of non-discrimination, and is designed to achieve the best match between the candidates knowledge, skills and experience and the requirements of the a vacancy position.

We take our responsibility of ensuring the safe guarding of all our visitors to the centre very seriously, therefore all staff, volunteers and work experience students will be required to complete an on-line safe guarding course, together with applying for a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) certificate. Our staff will be happy to assist with accessing these.
