Chamwell Centre office is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

During school term time the Centre facilities are open to Chamwell members for clinic, therapy or play sessions:
- Monday to Friday 4pm - 6pm;
- Saturday and Sunday 10am - 5pm.

We have lots of afterschool and Saturday inclusive sport activities you can join.

During school holidays we offer 'stay-and-play' sessions as well as exciting clubs.

The Chamwell Community Cafe is open:
- Tuesday to Saturday 8:30am - 3:30pm;
- Monday 9am - 3pm

Local bus and train information.

Local buses

Stagecoach buses 97 and 98 stop outside the Centre, and travel to and from Gloucester, Cheltenham and Churchdown.

Local train station

Gloucester train station is approximately 2 miles away from the Centre.
Cheltenham Spa train station is approximately 6 miles away for the Centre.



Free Parking

There is free parking at the Centre, however please do not park in the designated Chamwell Centre parking spaces during the hours of 9:00am - 9:30am and 2:30pm - 3:30pm during term time school hours.

Disabled Access

All floors and facilities within the Centre are wheelchair accessible.

We have:

  • a full range of disabled access toilets on all levels
  • a Changing Places bathroom on the ground floor
  • automatic opening at entrance to the Centre
  • a lift from reception to first floor.
