Processing DBS checks and collating all new starter information will also be part of the role. You will be responsible for providing payroll information to our third-party payroll provider who will calculate net pays and deductions.

Our employees will come to you with payroll queries, and you will be able to explain pay, holiday, and deductions calmly and clearly. You will also manage overtime holiday accruals and manage the payroll audit. As part of your role, you may occasionally be required to assist the Centre Manager with HR administration tasks. Therefore, prior HR experience would be advantageous, although not essential.

About You

You will need significant demonstrable experience of working within a payroll function at an administrative level and of performing similar duties to those within this role. You will thrive on a busy and varied workload and bringing bags of initiative.

A natural communicator, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a warm and welcoming approach. Strong IT skills are necessary with competence in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Benefits

You will join a warm and supportive team and full training will be given.
